LGBT Health Forum


The annual LGBT Health Forum spotlights health issues that affect the LGBT community while celebrating the program’s students and alumni. The event takes place on GW’s Foggy Bottom campus each summer and brings together a panel of experts to speak on contemporary LGBT topics. Past forums have focused on the impact of the Stonewall rebellion, health and justice for transgender people, lessons from the marriage equality fight and more.

For the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots in New York City, journalists, activists and authors came to GW to talk about the impact that Stonewall had on the progress of LGBTQ rights.
