James Arnett


James is a doctoral student at the University of Tennessee in Counseling Psychology. His research work has examined internalized homophobia and social supports' impact on career development for LGB students; the development of a neoliberal attitudes measure; and the effects on biphobia on mental and physical health for bisexual adults. His passion is research and teaching, and hopes to find himself in an academic position someday, and engaging in social justice work that radically alter systems of oppression.
