The Case Against 8 is a Sundance award winning documentary that follows four plaintiffs in their battle to overturn California's ban on same-sex marriage in the Supreme Court. The film was followed by a panel discussion with two of the case's plaintiffs, Kris Perry and Sandy Stier, Tony London, plaintiff of the Bostic v. Schaefer case, as well as Chad Griffin, President of the Human Rights Campaign. Our program director Dr. Stephen Forssell moderated the discussion.
