Juline Koken

Dr. Juline Koken is a social psychologist specializing in the health of LGBT individuals and sex workers of all genders; her research focuses on HIV prevention, substance use (treatment and harm reduction approaches), and sexual health. Dr. Koken is also an expert in Motivational Interviewing and does training and treatment fidelity monitoring with research and service programs implementing MI. Dr. Koken is an Assistant Professor of Health Sciences at LaGuardia Community College, CUNY.
