As Social Work Coordinator in MetroHealth Medical Center HIV Clinic in Cleveland, Jason is part of an interdisciplinary care team for patients diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. His capstone assesses the Ryan White Medical Case Management program’s efficacy for other illnesses and care for LGBT youth vis-a-vis messages they are receiving about prevention of HIV and safer sex.
