Adrian is Executive Director of Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center in Allentown, PA. In that role, he led the visioning, fundraising, and capital acquisition efforts to open the region's only LGBT community center, which has a strong focus on LGBT health promotion.

Previously, Adrian served as President of Equality Pennsylvania from 2011-2013, where he led successful campaigns to advance LGBT equality in municipalities across PA, including equal spousal benefit ordinances and municipal non-discrimination laws. He also previously served a three-year term on the Human Relations Commission of the City of Allentown.

Adrian has received numerous prestigious honors, including the Bar Association of Lehigh County's 'Liberty Bell Award', the City of Allentown's 'Human Relations Award', Anne Frank Center USA's 'Spirit of Anne Frank Award', and GLSEN Hudson Valley's 'Leadership Award'. He was named ‘Person of the Year’ by Philadelphia Gay News in 2012 for his success advancing LGBT equality in municipalities across PA and Adrian was one of six LGBT speakers at the 50th Anniversary of the March on Washington: The National Action to Realize the Dream. Adrian serves on the Board of Directors of the ACLU of Pennsylvania, and Pennsylvania Medical Society's LGBT Advocacy Workgroup.


For his capstone project, Adrian will be developing a community-based response to the disparity in anal pap tests among gay and bisexual men in the Lehigh Valley.
